Bio

Kevin Garden is the Managing Principal of Buxbaum, responsible for overseeing the firm’s sell-side diligence and transaction advisory work for privately owned companies preparing for a sale or institutional capital.

His work centers on financial and accounting due diligence, helping owners and investors assess earnings quality, identify deal risk, and prepare financials that withstand buyer scrutiny. He brings deep experience in home and residential construction and services, along with consumer products, business services, retail, and manufacturing, and works closely with management teams to keep transactions controlled and moving.

With more than a decade of transaction advisory experience, he has advised on founder-led sales, platform acquisitions, and carve-outs ranging from sub-$10 million transactions to deals exceeding $1 billion. Prior to joining Buxbaum, Kevin spent seven years in various roles at PwC, after which he was a Senior Manager role at CFGI in their Transaction Advisory Services group.
