Leon Wu is a Managing Principal of Buxbaum, responsible for overseeing the firm’s fractional CFO and outsourced accounting work for founder-led businesses, high-growth startups, and middle-market companies ready to accelerate growth or execute operational turnarounds.
His work centers on high-level financial strategy, valuation math, and data-driven forecasting. He provides immediate financial leadership during critical corporate milestones, guiding management teams through fundraising activities, M&A integrations, and day-to-day internal team management.
With over 15 years of corporate finance and FP&A experience, Leon aligns financial operations with broader business objectives to drive enterprise value. Prior to joining Buxbaum, he served as Director of Finance at LinkedIn, where he managed corporate financial planning and strategic reporting.
