Paul Boettcher is a Managing Director at Buxbaum, supporting companies through complex operational and financial situations, including integrations, system transitions, and organizational change.

His work focuses on finance and operational improvement, including integrations, systems implementations, process and team development, treasury and cash management, cost accounting, and manufacturing and operational finance. He is frequently engaged in complex or high-pressure situations where financial structure, operational discipline, and clear execution are critical.

With more than 18 years of experience across accounting and operations, Paul has worked across a broad range of industries, including retail, manufacturing (CPG and B2B, including distribution and cultivation), software (SaaS), and fund accounting. Prior to joining Buxbaum, his experience included work with organizations such as KPMG, MedMen, Loudpack, and Oaktree Capital, bringing both public accounting foundation and hands-on operating experience to client engagements.
