Our team includes CPAs, MBAs, and former controllers and CFOs, and the common thread is judgment: knowing which numbers matter, saying so plainly, and standing behind the work when a buyer or lender pushes back.

We work differently from most accounting and advisory firms. Automation and AI handle the mechanics of reconciliation, classification, and reporting, so our people spend their time on analysis, client conversations, and problems that require experience. You will learn transaction work, systems, and operating finance across industries, and you will be trusted with client relationships early.
