Andrew Boada

Bio

Andrew Boada is a Managing Director at Buxbaum, where he helps privately owned and middle-market companies strengthen finance leadership and navigate transactions, diligence, and periods of change.

His work focuses on fractional CFO leadership, transaction due diligence, and corporate controllership. Having led both buy-side and sell-side diligence on middle-market M&A, he helps management teams improve forecasting and budgeting, strengthen internal controls and reporting, and assess quality of earnings and working capital throughout the deal lifecycle.

He brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting leadership across public and middle-market companies, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Torn & Glasser and previously in senior finance roles at Anchor Blue, HomeBase, and APX Logistics. His experience spans retail, logistics, food and consumer products, and professional services, and he is known for a hands-on, operationally grounded approach to finance team leadership.
