Robert Ro is a Managing Director at Buxbaum, where he helps companies execute transactions, navigate audits, and strengthen financial management through periods of rapid growth, restructuring, and other pivotal moments.

Robert brings more than 30 years of financial leadership to high-growth companies in industries ranging from direct marketing and e-commerce to distribution, consumer finance, and business services. A former CFO of 20 years with public accounting roots at Deloitte & Touche, he is equally at home setting strategy and rolling up his sleeves for data analysis, building financial models and system implementations. He is also adept at collaborating with private equity sponsors and lenders.
